I. About Show

International Fastener Show China

Dates: May 20–22, 2026

Venue: Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center

• North Gate: 850 Bocheng Road, Pudong New Area
• South Gate: 1099 Guozhan Road, Pudong New Area

II. Admission Schedule

May 20, 2026 | 09:00–17:00

May 21, 2026 | 09:00–17:00

May 22, 2026 | 09:00–14:00

III. Badge Issuance Procedure

All overseas visitors are required to present their original passport for identity verification. The badge collection process is as follows:

• Scan the registration QR code to complete digital check-in;
• Proceed to the Overseas Visitor Registration counter;
• Receive your official visitor badge.

Tip: Online pre-registration is available immediately and will remain open throughout the exhibition period. Early registration is strongly encouraged to minimize on-site waiting time and mitigate potential network congestion.

IV. Venue Access Protocol

Upon badge issuance, visitors shall enter through the designated visitor entrance gates. Access is granted via badge scanning coupled with facial recognition verification. Security screening measures will be enforced; accordingly, visitors are advised to arrive with adequate time allowance.

V. Transportation

A. Metro

• Line 8: Alight at China Art Museum Station (Exit 3), approximately 5 minutes on foot
• Lines 7/8: Alight at Yaohua Road Station (Exit 4), approximately 7 minutes on foot
• Line 13: Alight at Expo Avenue Station (Exit 1), approximately 12 minutes on foot

B. From Shanghai Pudong International Airport

• Private Vehicle/Taxi: Estimated duration of 40 minutes
• Metro Service: Line 2 to Longyang Road Station, transfer to Line 7 toward Yaohua Road Station (Exit 4), approximately 70 minutes total
• Maglev Service: Maglev to Longyang Road, transfer to Line 7 toward Yaohua Road Station (Exit 4), approximately 50 minutes total

C. From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport

• Private Vehicle/Taxi: Estimated duration of 35 minutes
• Metro Service (Terminal 1): Line 10 to Laoximen Station, transfer to Line 8 toward China Art Museum Station (Exit 3), approximately 40 minutes
• Metro Service (Terminal 2): Line 2 to People's Square Station, transfer to Line 8 toward China Art Museum Station (Exit 3), approximately 40 minutes

D. From Railway Stations

• Shanghai Railway Station: Line 1 to People's Square Station, transfer to Line 7 toward Yaohua Road Station (Exit 4), approximately 40 minutes
• Shanghai South Railway Station: Line 1 to People's Square Station, transfer to Line 8 toward Yaohua Road Station (Exit 4), approximately 50 minutes
