國聯機械公司創立於1968年，由〝吉盛鐵工廠〞生產船泊機械製造、零件加工起家。於1989年擴大編制創立為【國聯機械實業股份有限公司】專業製造金屬線材伸線機械設備、客製化研發、整廠輸出規劃。可處理線材為：高碳、中/低碳、合金鋼、不銹鋼、銅、合金銅、鈦合金、彈簧鋼、軸承鋼、鋁鎂合金、全鎳合金及其它各類金屬線材。應用在航太、汽車、電子、建築、機械、五金⋯等產業。1993年第一次直接外銷到馬來西亞，開啟了外銷市場，直到今日行銷國際五大洲。
