Thailand’s Infrastructure Investment Continues, Supporting Demand Across Industrial Supply Chains
Infrastructure development remains an important part of Thailand’s public investment plans for 2026.
According to the first-quarter 2026 economic report from Thailand’s National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), major government investment projects are focused on areas including transport infrastructure, infrastructure development and water resource management.
Among the planned investments, approximately THB 36.4 billion has been allocated to road and bridge network maintenance and management projects, while around THB 57.3 billion is allocated to national motorway network development. Major rail projects, including the Bangkok–Nakhon Ratchasima high-speed railway and Bangkok MRT projects, are also continuing to move forward.
Infrastructure projects involving bridges, roads, railways, public facilities and related equipment create ongoing demand for fasteners, hardware tools, machinery and electromechanical products.
For suppliers, Thailand is not only an important manufacturing market but also a potential gateway to infrastructure and industrial supply chains across Southeast Asia.
The Thailand Fasteners & Hardware Tools Exhibition 2026 will be held on 3–4 December 2026 at IMPACT Exhibition Center, Bangkok – Hall 8. The exhibition will focus on Fasteners, Hardware and Electromechanical Products, connecting suppliers with buyers and professionals from infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, trading and related industries.
Meet the suppliers. Explore the products. Connect in Bangkok this December.
