Notice on the Postponement of the 2026 Thailand Fasteners & Hardware Tools Exhibition

To all exhibiting enterprises, cooperating partners, domestic and overseas buyers, and colleagues:

Greetings!

The Thailand Fasteners & Hardware Tools Exhibition, originally scheduled to be held from December 3 to 4, 2026, at Hall 8, IMPACT Exhibition Center, Bangkok, Thailand, has been officially postponed following careful deliberation and comprehensive assessment by the Organizing Committee. The new dates will be announced separately.

Since the launch of exhibitor recruitment, this exhibition has received strong support and eager anticipation from enterprises across China's fastener and hardware tools industries. Many companies had already planned their itineraries, prepared samples, and arranged meetings with overseas clients, looking forward to traveling to Thailand to explore the Southeast Asian market. All members of the Organizing Committee have been working alongside you throughout the preparatory process and looked forward to meeting you in Bangkok to advance industry trade and economic exchanges.

Recently, Thailand has seen multiple serious cases in which Chinese nationals went missing or lost contact after entering the country, were unlawfully detained, and were lured or transferred to the Thai-Myanmar border. On October 16, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kingdom of Thailand issued a safety reminder entitled "Reminder for Chinese Citizens Traveling to Thailand to Raise Safety Awareness" (original link: https://th.china-embassy.gov.cn/sgxw/202610/t20261016_12042063.html). On the 19th, several domestic foreign affairs platforms reposted and circulated the notice, warning of travel risks to Thailand. Personal safety is the fundamental prerequisite for all business activities and an unshakable primary responsibility of the Organizing Committee. In the face of the current complex and severe local security environment, we repeatedly assessed travel risks and, after much deliberation, made the difficult decision to postpone. We fully understand that this decision disrupts your exhibition plans and business schedules and causes inconvenience and losses in terms of time and cost. We offer our most sincere apologies and kindly ask for your understanding.

Though the exhibition is postponed, our services continue and our cooperation remains unchanged. The Organizing Committee will continue to closely monitor local security conditions and consular safety advisories in Thailand, maintain all confirmed booths, properly retain the registration materials of all exhibitors, and preserve your exhibition eligibility and booth allocations. Once the local security situation stabilizes and new dates are confirmed, we will immediately issue an official announcement through our official WeChat account, work groups, email, and phone to all participants, and simultaneously update exhibition support services, itinerary coordination, buyer invitations, and related work, continuing to build a stable and reliable business matchmaking platform for Southeast Asia.
